Preliminary task

This is what we did for our preliminary task.

This is some research I have done on three different genre of film, I thought that a venn diagram was a good idea because it shows links clearly between them. I chose horror, thriller and action because stereotypically they are all associated with each other.

Filming and how it went

We filmed during the Christmas holidays and I feel that it went quite well. We changed some of the things that we were originally going to do. We experimented with shots of our male character walking and ended up using them all as we thought they looked really effective. We still used worms eye and birds eye shots. We also tried really hard to get our silhouette kissing shot right. We took about 7 or 8 shots to do it and now feel that that it is right. We forgot to do the mirror shots but we are going back to do that another time soon. We are also going to re-shoot the house as the camera ran out of battery before we were finished. Also I feel the last scene was rushed because of the camera having low battery.
